- Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, items expiring within one (1) month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions apply in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size or variation shipped
For eligible cases, you must initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Return Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within fourteen (14) working days, subject to the policies of the respective payment provider (including M-Pesa, card payments, bank transfers, cash payments, or cheque).
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if:
- The returned item is damaged or altered
- The return request is initiated after the 7-day window
- The item falls under non-refundable categories as stated above
- Damaged or Contaminated Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or contaminated, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, regardless of the product’s expiration date.
